Best customer experience ever. Products are top quality, durable and affordable. Doesn't matter if you're using concrete or wood products, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Very highly recommend I called in and asked for a bespoke product for a new engineering job and they had no problem in accommodating what I required and fulfilling a large order in the time scales given Great service

After getting positive confirmation a product was in stock and confirming I would come and collect the same day I was told on arrival they had sold them all. This was with an 1 1/2hr round trip & across the Humber bridge to collect them. The response when I complained about this was, in effect well you didnt order them upfront- its first come first served- bear in mind Id confirmed in communications that I would collect that same day. This is abysmal customer service & they were not in the least bit interested in putting it right- the attitude was well you can come back when weve got them back in stock. Im not prepared to accept this couldnt-care-less attitude & have now been put off ever using this company again- even if I found they were the cheapest for something I wanted!
