Was very good with my elderly Dad who wanted a tablet but didn't want to pay a lot,he also required access to the Internet. He came away very happy, got just what he wanted. Staff very friendly, helpful and patient.

I was looking for a tumble dryer at short notice. I do research online, but I still like to look physically at a product. Still old school. I know floor space is at a premium, but it was a limited stock of the lower end of products. The sales rep that dealt with my enquiry was good, and I left with what I needed. The staff was polite and professional.

Went to Currys for a new gas cooker and washing machine. As I'm disabled I struggle to walk and its painful. I was very happy to see a lift to the top where the washing machines and cookers are. Unfortunately upon getting up there and finding the items we wanted, we stood around for over 20 minutes waiting to be served. It was agony for me. The fact that there were 2 staff members standing around not doing anything, and no one asked if they could serve us, made it even worse. My kids even waved at the sales staff and no one came to help us. We left soon after without being helped at all. I just could not stand around waiting any longer. They have some lovely stock, and loads of staff. But I would rather go somewhere else or order online, as the customer service in store is non existent. And staff although friendly looking, doesn't seem interested to approach customers and offer help. Sad really as i will now take my money elsewhere in future. Shop local they say, but how can you when they won't even help you when you go into the store.
