Bought a shower basket in March, which when the plumber came to fit it as part of our new dressing room it was too big to fit in where required. Returned to our local branch to swap for another that would fit yesterday to be told as I'd had it longer than 30 days this was impossible. Consequently, as it was no use to me I left it in the shop without finding a suitable replacement. Bad customer relations here not accepting back the initial purchase. Now a reluctant future customer.
