        I recently bought a Volvo S90 from Paul Tait is sales and have to say, the experience was seamless! As I live a distance away, but the vehicle was what I wanted we arranged a test drive, agreed a fair price on my WV trade in and paid the rest. All the paperwork was professionally dealt with in a digital wallet, communication back to emails was immediate but the best part was Paul personally drove to meet me to hand the car over, to help my driving time. We met for a coffee, exchanged paperwork, taxed and went over the car and off we went. Paul and the dealership were great, cant fault them. Many thanks

        After my car got caught in a flash flood and subsequently had to be written off, the lovely people at Marshall BMW Scunthorpe so effortlessly instrumental in getting me into my new car within just over a week. Paul Tait was an absolute gentleman and personally delivered the car to me in Cheltenham. The team were also very helpful in working with my insurance and BMW finance to move me over to a new agreement. Its all happened so quickly and smoothly. Top job guys. Thanks again, Rikki
