        Shop assistant very helpful but promised me a fixed delivery time that couldnt then be honoured after Id paid. Delivery date reorganised to a week later but bed turned up unexpectedly before original delivery date. Delivery driver very helpful too but clearly no communication between store and delivery guys or people answering the phone are not recording information properly?
