        Total rubbish. Ordered part . Went to collect and told it's in hull . Every time we've used them it been wrong part or just useless . Bad customer service

        TPS Humberside-labor Inneficiency, In My Opinion. This company claimed on their insurance for knocking over my dog who was apparently on the road. The person driving the vehicle was the body shop parts manager. The damage that I saw to the vehicle was a broken headlight and a damaged front bumper the damage to my dog was a ripped ear, yet I received a bill for 7.3 hours worth of body shop repairs, paint time 9.5 hours, as well as a whole host of other things. If this amount of damage had been done to their company car I think that it is safe to say that my dog would be dead. Either VWs these days are very poorly made or this company are over claiming on the work they had undertaken, in my opinion. Make Up Your Own Mind
