The company responded to my contact making sure they agreed a suitable date and time to provide a no obligation quote. There was no hard sell, no talking about competitors. Just listened to me as a customer, provided some options with a range of costs. Great Oak were clear on how many hours/labour charge and date for completion. As a busy professional, I need a reliable service and Great Oak provided this. My garden trees were cut down, attention given to safety, no nuisance to neighbours and they also cleared up after their work.
