As a disabled person I have had many different bad experiences with transportation within the NHS but this company went above and beyond to help me get seen to after all other companies failed too thank you Amvale.

Picked up at Howden for appointment at Goole Hospital at time stated. Driver pleasant and efficient. Vehicle totally unsuited to carry elderly people with mobility problems due to high step. The person who approved that design and purchase for Amvale obviously has no experience of transporting elderly people to hospitals. It is not fit for purpose

Worked for Amvale for just over 2years not a bad company to work for ... But very slack on communication skills and felt like too many bosses one didnt know what the other was doing also work offered didnt always come to fruition and you were left with no work or didnt know what you were doing not good really ..

Total cowboy operation!!! No proper training given to drivers. A real ambulance driver would get 2 to 6 months worth training, these lot think half an hour is enough. A real risk to public safety on the roads. To Pac-man....The reviewer below calling me out. I respectfully disagree with you. You can be the head of the NHS but Amvale is a still a cowboy operation!!! I'm guessing your one of the cowboys. Anyway have a good day pilgrim as the "Duke" Would say!!
