Gav and his wonderful team built us the extension of our dreams. It was started on the date given (we were happy to wait 9 months for them to become available) and was completed the week that was intended, 7 months later. The team attended every single day, there was no waiting for other contractors to attend. Gav project managed everything from day 1 until the finish date. The team were honestly a joy to have around; their professionalism, good humour and skill was wonderful. I missed them for ages after they left! All the snagging was done, quickly, without issue and Gav was always responsive to any call, at any time. We did not have any issues at all and we have no hesitation in recommending Rutland Builders for any job; large or small. Don't go anywhere else.

Truly embodies what every family run firm should aspire to. Professional in every aspect, making sure we, as the customers, controlled every step of the planning, budget, sourcing and build stages. Gavin, Craig and the teams supported us through a large extension build over 6 months in length. The results are amazing and we could not have envisaged the end product and incredible finish we have today. We could not recommend Rutland Builders/Carpenters highly enough, their warmth throughout, evident in all onsite and offsite teams was superb. If you are lucky enough to attract them to your project, ensure you look after them with good tea, coffee and the odd bacon sandwich for those cold wet days.

We cannot recommend Gavin and the whole team from Rutland Builders highly enough. The build is superb, the management exceptional, all the individual people who worked on our extension were friendly and hard working. Everything was completed with the minimum amount of disruption possible. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Quality builders, providing excellent project management and expertise on a project to renovate our property. Gavin and his team are professional and skilled at all aspects required to complete any building project. All our works carried out during the pandemic with no delays and finished to a very high standard. Gavin was always responsive to our requests and amendments to the project. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a quality North Norfolk builder.
