        Very disappointing customer service. Needed both my toilets replacing. Called them as they had done work for us previously, although that work did leave us without 2 radiators working! Rob Richmond came out to assess and quote. Despite messages being left and speaking to Mrs Richmond they never contacted us again. If they were too busy then have the courage to tell me, don't leave me waiting until I realise I need to find someone else. They are now deleted from my "approved tradesmen's" list.

        Was really pleased with there service all workers really worked hard and had a good chat with them .Would recommend them to any one cleaned up after them selves.

        DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Really disappointed with richmonds service. They came out more than once over a few weeks and failed to fix the problem. With charging us 300 for a service they didnt provide adequately. After getting out another boiler company to fix our boiler we found out they had fitted faulty products. They are over priced and bad customer service would NOT recommend at all!!!!!
