        I called, in the vain hope (5 days before Xmas) that I could get some advice/help with the door to my log burner which needed glass replacing. I have no central heating so its quite vital. I should not have worried, absolutely brilliant service, told me to come the day after I called and the glass was fully replaced within the hour, despite the very used condition of the door/glass surround. Extremely experienced, skilled professional who was lovely to talk to while I watched him work. Thank you so so much. I cannot be more grateful.
