Addocare Scole

Last Yr July 22 Addocare dealt with my mother service from workforce brilliant now may 23 after having loaned a carer money and not payed back , I put complain in to Elaine and CQC , Elaine states she has contacted CQC and police I've ask for formal meeting nothing I've asked for police ref no nothing as I myself will be going today this is very poor as service from Elaine Longhirst no giving me a formal meeting so how can she act on the situation be aware people bad choices from management

Matt and Lucy have taken great care of my Grandmother whilst being on palliative care. My Nan took to them straight away and I genuinely dont believe there are better carers out there - amazing work and amazing people. I cannot thank them enough.

We used addocare for the care of my father in his last days we found jay and Elaine professional and caring and would not hesitate to recommend them to others

As a regular part of this company, I have nothing but gratitude for them. To work for I have found them very supportive, they work very hard to ensure that I am at my best to be able to provide quality care for our service users. Pay is on par with the service provided, which is to say, very good! They work very hard to provide high quality care from our more independent to our palliative care service users. I am proud as punch to be a member of this company!!!

Great company and excellent service provided. All of the clients are cared for to the highest of standard possible and you can tell that the company really care for each individual. Management team are hands on and always at the end of the phone any time of the day if needed. Staff are experienced, knowledgeable and good at what they do. Highly recommend
