At first glance the play area looked great with lots to do, but then I noticed how overgrown it was in parts, with lots of broken equipment and some bits needed a good clean. The cargo net has come away in the middle, at the bottom and there was a screw sticking out, which needs to be sorted out urgently before a child gets hurt. The remaining wooden platform seems to be disintegrating and it all needs a bit of tlc.
