Oaklands Care Home Diss

A relative has been an Oaklands resident for several years. The home is very well equipped and a recent change of management has resulted in a marked improvement in the level of care. Staff make every effort to interact with residents and provide lots of activities to encourage their wellbeing.

Even though I lost my mum last year (she loved oaklands) I have continued to visit weekly with either my grown up dogs or puppies when we have them. The residents loved having puppy cuddles and kisses.

My mum is a resident at Oaklands, I am very happy with the way she has settled in. There is always plenty going on. The meals are lovely and the staff are very friendly. Thank you Oaklands.

My mother was staying for 2 weeks of respite care and we are very pleased with the experience in Oakland. Staff where compassionate and caring you could tell they genuinely wanted to work in care. My mother wants to come back for another stay soon.
