        Very good therapy with a phobia I have had since a child. Jeanette was very kind and patient with listening and understanding of the problem, in a very relaxing and comfortable environment. Would highly recommend Hypno Plus to anyone.

        I was lucky enough to be put in contact with Jeanette when seeking help with anxiety and a specific phobia. I could not recommend this experience enough. Such a lovely, kind, caring lady and made me feel so comfortable when talking about my issues. I was very sceptial if hypnotherapy worked but for me it did! I only required a couple of sessions before I felt confident enough to return to work. It wasn't at all rushed and Jeanette shared her wide knowledge of how the mind works and different techniques which I was able to practice out of sessions too. 100% would recommend hypnotherapy at Hypno Plus.
