Built as a school house and expanded twice into a church then before the turn of the 20th century they added the tower and chancel. Lacking money the Eastern wall has no window. In 1991 a huge tapestry was made to cover the wall and is the highlight of the building. Knocking through the North wall into what was a classroom or storage area they finally replaced wooden supports with stone Tudor arches. A bit of an architectual mismatch but lots to look at for a church detective. Services and support here with clubs and groups most days.
