Everyone from the teenagers to the grandchildren loves it here, plenty to do and see both indoors and outdoors we have been coming for years.

Decided to buy the membership. We were promised cards in the post these however did not arrive. Couple of weeks later we were back to be told at the gate that our membership is non existent. Not a trace of it. Names, postcode, no matches. After half an hour of searches and calls to some support line - that doesn't answer calls - we were allowed in, but it spoiled our visit so we didn't linger. The staff took our email and promised to sort it out. Another week went by with not a call, letter or email. Eventually I sorted it myself, called the main contact number, they could see our membership straight I within 24 hrs we had our cards. That's just not good enough customer service from the venue's front desk. For a one off visit the place is expensive, cafe had lots of dirty tables and food on the floor. Perhaps it could generate some extra income by being open to all, like some suggested? Yes, you could see some 'free' ducks, but it would bring much needed cash and perhaps encourage the cafe visitors to return
