        I've just purchased a BMW from these guys. Keith walked me through the process, went through all (extensive!) documentation and spent a good hour helping me understand the iDrive etc for the car. It's the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'd happy recommend them to all. Plus, the car was delivered in immaculate form with full up to date service history (they even did one early!) and was spotless. Thanks to Banks for their impeccable service.
