        Poor after sales service. Avoid buying a bike or any servicing from this company. Weve had a shocking customer journey. Talk a good story, but dont back it up. Classic, poor customer service.

        After a recent mishap with my seat post clamp, rendering it ruined, I reached out to Dylan and team to see if they could source a replacement for a good few years old model. They managed to get hold of one and I have ordered via on of their retailers. I couldnt have been happier to ensure my Kuota is kept spinning on the road. What a bunch of legends to source the part. Couldnt have been more grateful
