Catherine is such a wonderful photographerprofessional always but we liked her warmth and patience. So discreet at our wedding at Wharfedale Grange and she gave us some wonderful memories in the photography. We would highly recommend.

So, after 13 years together, we decided to get married. That was the easy part, then to plan the day it's self. We chose to get married at Bilton House in Harrogate and after reading through their web site it gave a link to a local photographer. We didn't look any further, instantly after reading Catherine's Google reviews, we knew she was the right one for us. Just the way she puts you at ease, makes you feel calm and also offers invaluable advice to make your day that little bit less stressful. Catherine made us all feel relaxed on the day and at ease, we laughed so much our cheeks ached. This made for some amazing pictures, some funny ones too - which was brilliant, we're an easy going couple so wanted something chilled and not too formal (just like us). We chose Catherine of Boho Chic Weddings following a recommendation from a family friend, and after seeing some beautiful photos online. She was understanding and supportive through the stress of not one but two Covid postponements and when the wedding finally came round, she was very helpful with useful tips for us before the big day! We are so grateful for Catherine for being such a wonderful wedding photographer! Right from the beginning she helped us plan our day and gave us so much useful advice. On the day itself, Catherine was phenomenal. Our wedding had many events for the whole day, yet she worked through it so well. One of the key things we appreciated is that she took care of us in between the events and took us on some beautiful photo shoots within the venue grounds. It was an absolute pleasure to have Catherine as our wedding photographer. During the planning stages, she always replied promptly to queries and made us feel really valued as clients, often going above and beyond with useful tips and advice. On the day, she arrived promptly, and she was professional but never overbearing. Her approach made it easy for us to relax during our couple photoshoots and just enjoy our special day in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside without feeling like we were under pressure to pose or model. She also did an amazing job capturing the overall atmosphere of the day (including little details like our dinner table name cards!) and kept the group photo session of the day running smoothly and to time (not an easy task with our fairly substantial number of guests!). Catherine made sure to follow up with us about our experience after the wedding, and gave us a sneak peek of some photos after just a few days, which was greatly appreciated! We received our full gallery within the timescale promised (about one month after the wedding, which felt very speedy!). We absolutely love our wedding photos - they are a perfect representation of our wedding day, and we never tire of looking at them. I highly recommend Catherine / Boho Chic Weddings to any couples (in Yorkshire or further afield) looking for natural, unpretentious wedding photography.
