        Super dairy keeping ahead of the eco-times. I've known this dairy for more years than I care to remember. We were taken there (in the last century) on a school trip to discover how a dairy works. Some of the girls hadn't even seen a cow! I was shocked the farmer was too but was so patient with silly little screaming girls!! They have evolved into one of the most progressive independent milk producers in Yorkshire. Still have traditional doorstep milk deliveries and make the most delicious gelato for their Milk Churn cafe, if only they delivered that!
