        We have just received an email to say our windows have been cleaned. We have never asked this company to clean our windows. It was only an enquiry to see how much it would be and when it would be done. We decided not to go ahead as the house concern is a holiday home, and they could not do it on the change over day. I did pay for 2 cleans as I got a bill, we made it very clear that we do not want the windows cleaning again. I am still receiving emails to say I owe money for my windows cleaning.       image We have just received an email to say our windows have been cleaned. We have never asked this company to clean our windows. It was only an enquiry to see how much it would be and when it would be done. We decided not to go ahead as the house concern is a holiday home, and they could not do it on the change over day. I did pay for 2 cleans as I got a bill, we made it very clear that we do not want the windows cleaning again. I am still receiving emails to say I owe money for my windows cleaning.
