        Some staff are good but only 1 or 2 .

        Always kind and compassionate and there for you in an emergency. In this case we had a very poorly cat who they squeezed in within 2 hours of ringing and explained had we not been seen quickly his tail would need amputating due to infection. On another occasion they took my call just before closing and saw us after hours when my 23 year old family cat was found in a rapidly deteriorating state and they were extremely compassionate as they put her to sleep. I will forever be grateful to the care Joao Alves and his team have given our animals over the years.

        Everyone at Scarborough is friendly & knowledgable. John always explains everything so well & I have full trust in him. I couldnt ask for better care for my dogs.

        The receptionists could have been a bit more helpful, went in up to the counter where two receptionists were sat said I was here with my two dogs, just said sit over there. Normally they would weigh my dogs and have a chat ,but they were just chatting to each other, my oldest dog is now twelve my other is seven we have been going there since they were puppies. It just didnt seem the same place I was very disappointed
