        I think you get a good measure of a well run organisation when problems arise and how they deal with them. The car I hired developed a fault out of town and outside of business hours. Between Enterprise and the AA they picked us up and got us to another branch to collect a new vehicle the same day. Olivia and her team sorted everything and made sure I left a happy customer. Top marks.

        Criminal organisation who steal money (or attempt to steal money) from people. Google "Enterprise Rent-a-Car fuel scam". If they steal from the government, be under no illusions; they will steal from you as well.
