Grandland X, just over 3 years old. Start/stop not working properly then a problem starting. I rung Kevin who fitted me in at very short notice. Battery changed and then the car threw Kevin a curve ball. Finally got it sorted and all settings updated. The next day the start/stop is working. I go away and my car is sat for 12 days, I pick the car up and within a few miles the start/stop is working already. I know its only a battery but the quality of treatment received was above and beyond the normal.
