The report was well-presented with detailed but relatable descriptions supported by highly useful colour photos to clarify. Love the traffic light system, really helps focus your priorities. So glad I had a survey on the property, Chris picked up issues I hadn't even thought of. Highly recommended.

Very clear and comprehensive report. Excellent recommendations for the future so an added benefit of such a comprehensive report is to form a "to do list" compiled by an expert . Including clear photographs so I can identify exactly what and where items are located. Worth every penny of the very reasonable price.

This is second time I have used Stuart Emerson for a flat purchase in Scarborough. Each time his surveys have been clear and detailed. As a property solicitor practicing in West Yorkshire for over 30 years, I come across surveyors on a daily basis in my area and can easily differentiate between good and bad ones. Stuart is thorough and always has time to take calls and respond to further questions. He delivers reports in good time and is punctual on his promises.
