        Love Gavin's boxercise class, he's always helpful and will work hard to fit around what you want to work on during the classes. I've also seen him for sports massage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, he is really knowledgeable and a lovely guy.

        I have been going to Gavin now for a year for my sports massage's, he is very thorough at the first consultation asking me about any problems I have etc. I have got an issue with my lower back but feel completely confident and at ease with Gavin knowing that I am not going to come away feeling worse off like I have done with other massage therapists.

        Im so grateful to Gavin for the difference he has made to my shoulder, not just through massage but from the effects of his expert advice and wider input. Its an injury that has caused me problems for some time but with his support Im finally making progress towards recovery.
