I booked an appointment with Paul for a pulled shoulder and neck, but the day of my booking I had a leg injury as well. Paul talked about my injuries, how they occurred and what pain I had, and then explained what had happened, and how he would work on me. He was patient and knowledgeable, and freed up my shoulder and neck before starting on my leg, which had become the more painful injury. The work he did on my leg aided me in having better mobility straight away, and within two days the pain was completely gone from the original injury. I cant recommend Paul enough, he has helped both me, and my girlfriend, making us both feel comfortable and well looked after. I will be booked in every month from now on.

As a business owner, reviews make massive differences to someone who is self employed. Paul is very professional, very knowledgeable, fully trained, and will certainly make the difference, whether it's a sports injury or a niggling pain in your back, or any other struggles elsewhere in your body for that matter. You cannot put a price on your health. Been referred from a Doctor to a physio can take weeks, or even months and will be alot less knowledgeable. I studied Sports and recreation & don't even have one third of his knowledge anymore.
