I have attended several courses here. Rooms are air conditioned and spacious and the facilities clean. Parking is generous once you know how to access the car park ! You have to take the first left before the community centre to access the parking as once you have driven past it's too late ! This review is for the community centre not body solutions!

I have been seeing Chris for over 10 years and have always found him to be an excellent therapist. Most of my treatments with Chris have been supportive in helping me to maintain an active physical life. Aged 74, I play golf 3 times a week, I weight train at home and enjoy frequent overseas diving safaris. Christ has fantastic skills, both in terms physical therapy and diagnostic skills. He provides stretching and training regimes suitable for almost any muscular or skeletal events. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone needing help with physiotherapy.
