        Recently visited Scarborough and we booked Avondale for stay.This stay is Highly recommended. Breathtaking view from flat. Room was perfectly set up with proper bedding and the kitchen had all the proper utilities which we needed from scissors to even needle in the grooming kit you'll get everything you need:)) it's a must visit stay if you're looking for a comfy homely stay with cozy vibe. We enjoyed staying in the apartment and having to be experienced that view more than roaming out so yeah there you go, book your stay and enjoy the vacation as planned

        This basement apartment we had was surprisingly pleasant. Had everything we needed for our stay. On arrival it was very clean. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Walkability: The location was just what we wanted. Just a short walk into Scarboroughs centre via the main roads. Also a short walk to Peasholm Park.
