The Hideout Cafe Kitchen & Bar

Went for breakfast this morning and the food was lovely. When we entered we were warned there would be a wait and having previously worked in hospitality I assumed this meant around 30minutes for food and said it was okay. They had run out of breakfast menus which seemed odd. We ended up waiting for over an hour for our food and during this time were not offered another drink or checked in on by any member of waiting staff, of which there were plenty. Ended up waiting over an hour for breakfast. However I would like to state once again that the food and coffee was nice but in the future I Think it wouldnt hurt just to even offer some water for the table and apologise for the wait. Another table were offered a free drink each but only after they had complained about their wait which had been shorter than ours.
