Chips quite scrappy and luke warm. Patties also looked and tasted like they had been stood for some time, certainly not cooked fresh to order.
Sat at the tables outside which were quite dirty despite several staff working and the shop being quiet.
Witnessed some harsh words directed at a customer (by a more mature female member of staff) who dared to ask if he could remove the salt and vinegar from the counter for a matter of seconds to flavour a large order he he had just taken to his family at the nearby tables.
Not the best experience, wont return
