Supply Services - Property Maintenance and Refurbishment

Really unhappy with the work carried out. A lot of the work was bodged, despite rehanging a cupboard three times it is still wobbly, holes in the wall filled with cardboard and then tiled over, not to mention the bad and lazy tiling, really not acceptable work. Ended up firing due to bad quality of work.

We were going to have our En suite and bathroom renovated, but due to the illness of our builder we ended up with a part finished En suite and a bathroom which hadn't even been started. As a family of five, one bathroom was somewhat problematic. After a couple of months, we were desperate to get it all finished. We contacted Graham and he managed to somehow fit us in within a couple of weeks. The work was undertaken professionally and effectively. The workers were most accommodating to the numerous changes we made to the original submission for the work. They never complained, were always pleasant, and tidied up at the end of each day. We now have two bathrooms which we are delighted with. We are due to have further work done on the house and we chose Supply Services to undertake this, without any hesitation.

We employed Graham and his company in January 2022 to complete a full house renovation on our property- He was sent a copy of our surveyors report and looked at the work that needed to be completed. He assured us he had the ability and skill to get the re build complete in a time frame that suited us . In June of 2022 we had another survey completed on the house and Graham had decide not to Dry Line our property - costs of works to emend his rouge trading runs into the Thousands and most of our plaster now has to be removed ! He delayed our renovation and lied to us many a time - he made every excuse when jobs went weeks and weeks over - Avoid him hes a con man !

I wish I had never heard of this company. 18 months ago he started a fairly major house renovation job for my daughter. We had to sack him after he took months and months to put in a bathroom which he had to keep visiting to repair his bad workmanship. The bathroom is now leaking through the floor and an emergency plumber from her house insurance says the work is so bad on the bath and toilet that the whole bathroom needs taking out and reinstalling, I have paid him around 10000 for a useless bathroom, removal of a fireplace and half finished plastering in other parts of the house. One of the good reviews here is for fitting a fence. Im sure he can manage to put up a nice fence but I suspect thats the extend of it. My daughter is living in a kitchen which is packed with boxes of a new kitchen which we cannot trust him to install. If he agrees to refund some of our money I will post that he has done so as a gesture of goodwill.
