The worst company in the world in my opinion. 18 months of total timewasting from this company and still couldn't complete on a tiny portfolio even with help. They did 5+ survey/inspection/visits to each property despite assuring us they only needed to visit each property once. Vendors and Tenants were fed up of giving access for surveys/valuation etc. Buyers for each property kept pulling out after all surveys done and mortgages in process then they had to start from scratch even after changing the buyer 3 times on some properties they still couldn't achieve purchase. Sourcers run, this company will drop your fees at will from 2% to 1% then zero even with a signed fee agreement contract in place. They'll try to circumvent you at every opportunity they get. They ask you to lie to mortgage companies for them. They don't care who they run over as there is an endless pool of other victims for them to target. How is this company still in business?

I signed up for his free on-line seminar a weeks ago, although I didn't attend my email has just exploded with junk mail, so be warned, it free for a reason!
