        Used reg dennis services for over 25 years. I phoned them and told them I only had warm water coming out of my tap. Using a combination boiler. I was told by the man who fixes boilers. It needs a new heater exchange and parts are hard to get hold of, he said he will phone me back and come and look at it. He never did he just fobs you off. I decided to look at it myself as the boiler does hot water for all my flats. Within 5 minutes I found the problem which was a dry joint and now I have hot water. Only if he could bothered with customers. Not the service it used to be.
