Placed an order in February and was told the item was not in stock but I was happy to wait. Told in April that the coving was now in stock but they couldnt give any date for delivery as they very rarely come to my part of the country (not clear on the website). Asked for a refund which they took almost a week to even process and 14 days later Im still waiting for my money which theyve had since February. Apparently it takes up up to 21 days to issue a refund, never had that from any other supplier?? Not had any sort of apology at any any stage, would avoid if you can.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Keagan who was knowledgable and very helpful in taking our order. He helped with making a great suggestion in slightly reducing the coving size for the smaller bathroom which fits better with its size and allowed the deliver date to be brought forward as all of the order could be delivered out of the available stock, good thinking. The communication was clear and backed by email. We needed to change one size of a ceiling rose and this was done efficiently with no fuss and a refund made. I'm sorry to say that I can't remember the delivery drivers name to personally thank him for his kindness and care in delivering our order on time and carefully placing the coving and ceiling roses ready for our builder to do his work. Required a piece of coving to fill a gap in my lounge, the only place I could find it was Plaster Coving Ltd. The staff have been so helpful from start to finish, I cannot praise them enough, thank you
