    Amazing results! I've tried a variety of gyms and personal trainers before with limited results - but since I have been working with Chris and Zoe at Body Complete I have achieved the best results I have ever experience - and its been such fun. I have been working with them remotely during lockdown and they have provided tailored bodyweight exercise program for me to do at home with very basic equipment (dumbbells and mat) and a plan that has covered all types of exercise and nutrition advice. The support and enthusiasm they provide, with the online sessions and app provide me with motivation that I have never had before. Its fun and it works - I could not be happier and am so glad I have found the support that works for me. Being able to do the programme at a time that suits me at home, and with one zoom PT session a week, I can keep progressing and enjoying my sessions. It's the best thing that has happened for me in 2020, finding the right programme and team - after years of unused gym memberships, exhausting HITT classes and irritating PT's that make you feel useless..Thank you Body Complete!!

    I joined BC just over a year ago, after my husband joined. I wasn't looking at joining a gym, as I did running/cycling/yoga already. However, after my husband raved on about BC I thought I would give it a go. Well... I haven't looked back! Chris and Zoe welcomed me into the gym, and I immediately knew I was going to join. They were so friendly, and Chris' knowledge was incredible. I joined the semi-private sessions which have a maximum of six in a class and always instructor led. Each session was different, and Chris made it 'fun but hard'... which is what I wanted. With such a small class Chris could spot if you were doing the exercise correctly or not, and explained what you you should be doing and why. I used kettlebells and other weights for the first time, and as I wanted to tone up this is just what I needed. Covid then came along, but Chris and the team put on live sessions which I did three per week at home. They again were varied, and hearing Chris still shouting at me made me work hard and kept me motivated!! I also have to mention Jon Neighbours live sessions on a Saturday... which were mental!!! :-) I have returned to the gym doing Private sessions which i am loving. I wanted to tone up so I am doing one strength session per week, using all different weights and equipment, and one cardio based session per week. Chris pushes me to lift weights I didn't think were possible. I have lost weight, my fat mass has decreased, and my muscle mass has increased ... and I no longer have a jelly belly!! Chris, Zoe, Jon and George are all fab. I can't recommend this gym highly enough.

    I started the Stronger for Longer programme feeling stressed, worn out and with a long term back issue and struggling to function with daily tasks. Chris knew what the problem was with 30 seconds. After the first session I felt on top of the world and well oiled. I had great fun and felt very encouraged. Chris, for and team are so passionate about life and people and it shines through in everything, they give out so much on top of everything. Since that first session I have been pain free and have full movement and functionality. Energy and enthusiasm. It's impacted all are as of our life in a very positive way. Other family members now also attend and have achieved great results. Everything is tailored to each person and it's actually great fun, I look forward to going. If you've been putting it off, get yourself booked in or pop in for a chat. You won't regret it.
