Lisa and Jay are very knowledgeable and helpful. The have a wide range of stock and really take the time to listen to you, the customer. The store is a great asset to the town as a lot of the visitors to Scarborough are walkers and cyclists.

We were in Scarborough during the recent storms and I needed a new jacket. Tried the other outdoor places, who seemed keen on ordering me in the first jacket I looked at, but decided to head to Trespass. The staff in the store are really helpful and knowledgeable, leaving us to browse but offering advice when we looked like we needed it! In the end I came out with a jacket appropriate for my needs, not overkill, and at a really great price. Top notch customer service and we'll definitely be visiting again when we are next in town.
