Service was good but length of appointment was more than specified resulting in having to rearrange a second appointment to have glasses fitted.

Decided to try Pagan & McQuade in Scarborough after my old opticians in Scarbough closed down and I what a great decision it was great treatment by all of the team from start to finish and also their aftersales service. Thanks to all involved

I attempted to book an appointment for eye tests today at Pagan and McQuade Opticians where I have been a customer since 2019. These tests were requested by my eye specialist for an ongoing eye condition. I was very surprised, disappointed and to be frank, quite angry, to be told that my record has been made 'inactive'. When I asked why, I was told it was because I had new glasses dispensed from a different company, how they knew this is quite a concern. I am afraid it appears money now comes before eyecare and provision of service. Thankfully I was able to book my eye tests with another Opticians, Vision Express in Scarborough.

today after a visit to have micro suction i got the most great welcome //had my treatment nothing was rushed // was made relaxed so very happy i can now hear thankyou so very much x
