Beechwood Nursing Home

My mum Ann was in the home for only 5 months and they were the best 5 months my mum could have had, the manager, sisters, carers, cooks and cleaners could not have done more for my mum they went above and beyond in caring for her and for me her daughter, the dignity they showed my mum was beautiful, the respect towards her A+, the door was always open to you to talk , not just about my mum but for me to talk as well of my worries, about the next stages of care and my health mentally and emotionally as mums care became end of life and for this I can't thank them enough.

A huge thank you to ALL members of staff at Beechwood .The care and attention given to our Mum was excellent .We could not have wished for better understanding and love given to her in a very difficult time of her life. Thank you also for the support you gave to our family.

The decor may be slightly dated but the care they give is good. Staff are friendly. The food is home cooked and looks lovely. The home is very clean. The nurses and carers listen to your concerns. There isn't a big turnover of staff which tells me that staff must be content. I have seen many kind and caring interactions with residents who are far along the dementia path.

Thank you Beechwood for looking after my grandma with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this lovely nursing home.
