I would like to commend all the staff on the outstanding work that they are doing. They are so helpful and polite when asking questions about my mother who is there for her last days owing to cancer. I am the eldest of three and live in South Africa. When I visited my mother i was so happy to see how the facilities are and how my mother is looked after. Nothing seems to bother the staff when asked questions or requesting help with anything. When I came away from seeing my mother I was very confident that she is in good hands. She is been cared for by staff that care about their patients. Thank you and all the best for 2020 to all your staff

I stayed here in 1985 when Rowntrees Chocolate factory owned it and was used as a rest home for Staff at Rowntrees York lovely home
