        Just look at these nails and tell me they arent perfect! I was such a pain from the day I booked wirh her till last minute of my appointment, Carmen managed everything so good , she and her skills are just amazing , I really was not sure about what to get on my nails, all she did was to ask me few questions and my nails could not be any better than this I love everything about my nails and my experience with her Services: Manicure, Nail extensions, Nail designs

        Went on holiday and didnt inform me about cancelled appointment. Terrible, rude person. My appointment was booked for 27th of December (Christmas Bank Holiday) and I messaged her on Christmas Eve to double check nothing changed only to find out shes going away. There is no excuse for such a poor customer service, especially in the busy Christmas & New Year time when all of us want to look and feel their best - it will be impossible for me to get another appointment with other stylist, as everyone is booked. From what Ive seen on her facebook page she was very cheerful and happy about going home for Christmas!
