        Sold me a pit bike chain that was completelythe wrong one and I rang them and the arrogant man on the phone did nothing but run his mouth RIP OFF merchants steer well clear of the grip bike company Then for my missus to be calm and ring back and explain to get a load of abuse and swore at absolutely discusting don't know how they have a business swearing at customers and treating them like that!!!!

        I took my cycle to grip it's the first time I've trusted anyone to do my brakes but they did a perfect job I also had a few other repairs done and my bike was perfect did over 70 miles in one day no problems thank you grip for a perfect service I think I have found my new go to cycle repair shop Yet again perfect job my bike is now safe I will be back if I need anything bike related this is UKs best bike shop I recommend everyone trys them you WILL NOT be disappointed love this place thanks guys Yet again perfect job my bike now works
