        Called on Saturday 20th August 2022 to purchase a mobility scooter for my mum. Laurie, couldn't have been more helpful. Kind and caring staff. Would thoroughly recommend Thank you.

        The lady that served me was very knowledgeable and took a great deal of time and effort making sure I got the right wheel chair for my father. Which is perfect for him and he's now able to get himself around in the care home.

        Absolutely lovely lady. We are away on holiday with grandparents who brought a scooter off line(NOT from this shop). We were having trouble getting it to work, she tried her best to solve the problem (didn't cost us anything). Barring in mind she has not worked with a drive scooter before. Unfortunately didn't solve the problem,but still give us the time to look at it. Can I just mention,buying scooters off line is a NO NO,as they don't talk you through important information. The scooter we brought was made in China 2019 and has a battery fob. Something simple like telling us to replace the battery cost my nan 2 days without her scooter who cannot get around any other way. Massive thankyou to the lady from Eden whowho did try her hardest
