Myself and my partner have just moved into our second home. Unlike the first time, this time we chose to go with Tower Estates and we could not be happier with our decision. In comparison to our previous choice of letting agency, the team at Tower Estates have exceeded in their communication with ourselves, efficiency and respect for us and our needs as tenants ensuring the property was more than welcoming for us. We would like to extend our thanks to the team for making this process so smooth which is paramount when you have enough stress doing the physical move already. Friendly staff with good response. I was worried about renting a house in Scarborough but the team at Tower Estates made it so easy.

I cannot recommend Tower highly enough! Lovely to deal with. Efficient and professional with both rental management and sales. Unlike some of the larger agents in Scarborough, they put effort into service and maintaining a working relationship as much as profit.
