Would absolutely recommend them. We had a lot of ups and downs and they were so supportive through it all. They worked very hard for us and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love my new home. I cant thank them enough.

Rental property we have rented for 9 month needed work for 8 of them Phil hay denied knowing of issues even tho he was the one that showed us the property and told us the issues would be fixed before we moved in.. with emails from him saying the problems have been fixed too. Renters beware Very unprofessional, ignore messages and deny knowing of problems in property. Had to contact home owner to get the ball rolling. Considering there the managing company I shouldn't of had to take that route. Repairs finally booked in to be done although Slates been missing off roof for 5 months now and they were notified on day it happened.. Still to this day after many an email we just get told they will sort it. Some repairs done photos added of repair work done nearly finished .. roof still not been touched (Still needs builder to come and fit the last skirting board to be finished) I took a week off for the work to be done but wasn't enough time for them to finish. Out of the 7 days I took off the builder came for 3 days in total even though we had it booked in for weeks.. not my fault it wasn't finished. He's wasn't supposed to paint and paper just to add. Clearly review has been seen and not liked as somehow there builder looked up Ellis hays reviews out of the blue and somehow found out my workplace and came into my work asked for me personally to a staff member just to stand there tuff trying to intimidate me over the review and pictures.
