        Highly recommend, I had my eye test yesterday think opticians name is Ann Marie, she was very thorough and explained everything really well. She told me at the end of eye test that my eyes had only changed a fraction so there wasnt a need to buy new glasses, this was very refreshing no sales pressure unlike some other opticians. The opticians was really well run and reception staff lovely too.

        I cannot thank the optician and the staff and management enough 5 stars are not enough I've had a bad day until going back for a forced consultation by a bad doctor thankyou so much all of you all the best TY.

        Called into Boots Opticians to buy some new glasses. Was served by Hannah, she was very professional and polite, having just experienced some poor service at another opticians, her patience was refreshing, Hannah did not rush me, she was brilliant helping me choose some new glasses and lenses. Hannah is a real credit to your company, one very satisfied customer.
