        We recently decided to replace one of our PC's which was 10 years old. James came and spent a day and a half with us. He installed the new PC for us and he was a pleasure to work with and he could not have been more helpful. The whole process was stress free and various snags were ironed out with ease.         I was looking to backup the information from my old MacBook Pro, decided to buy an external drive to keep it safe. Formatted the disk in two (2) partitions 60% APFS format and 40% NTFS format to be used with my new PC Laptop. A couple of weeks ago my MacBook died on me and decided to call Care Micro to get a proper advice. Absolutely brilliant service, 100% recommended. They managed to revived my MacBook Pro and helped recovering the lost files and migrated them to a different laptop.

        This company are amazing!!!! I had a computer crisis last Friday when a tech expert told me that I would have to reset my whole computer and that would mean losing everything. For me that was minimum 10 years worth of work. I was devastated. I rang care micro and they were really kind, patient and reassuring. They explained in everyday language what the problem was and they fixed the problem in minutes and charged a really small fee. Beware of experts that give you doom-laden advice; get your advice from this company instead. - R
