Janes therapy is an amazing service, and really focuses on helping you make progress and learn life skills. I look forward to the animal assisted therapy every week, and rewind therapy has drastically helped my mental health for the better. Very much recommend!

So thankful I found Jane! After suffering some sudden bereavement complicated with further ongoing close family health concerns I realised I was struggling and just not coping at all. Jane has really helped me to turn that corner and has helped with my bereavement, coping mechanisms for moving forward in terms of that loss and rewind therapy helped so much in terms of particular flashbacks I was having. Jane has been professional from the first point of contact and above all empathetic, friendly, non judgemental, a great listener and just amazing support to have! 2 months counselling has got me to a very different place mentally and I now feel I can cope with the loss I have had and look at things in a more positive and constructive way. Jane has helped me to not feel sad every day anymore, which before the counselling I was! The addition of the therapy cats for me was superb as Im a cat lover and they just helped to relax me in the sessions. I highly recommend Jane to anyone thinking about possible counselling, Thankyou Jane for enabling me to make the steps to get back to me and to be looking forward with positivity now xx

Jane is a fantastic counsellor. Cant recommend highly enough. She helped me work though some deep rooted issues using her rewind therapy. After just a few months I went from full of anxiety and not understanding why, to feeling confident in the ability to handle any wobbles and understanding a lot more about my mind and the way I think about things. Overall Jane has helped me understand a lot more about myself and has helped me clear my mind. If youre looking to help yourself, look no further!

I received online supervision with Jane and I found her warm and phenomenally meticulous. As a recently qualified graduate going into private practice she has really set me at ease and made me feel capable to ensure that safety of my clients.
