Ive worked for Home Instead for 2yrs in July, I love my job its very rewarding to be making memories with our clients. We laugh we cry, we help the clients live their best life at home, listen to their stories of growing up in and around the war years, making them feel included in this technical world we live in, Home Instead is all about giving that extra special time so our clients feel comfortable sharing their stories seeing a friendly face regularly,

I have only recently started working for Home Instead. My whole experience so far has been great. From my first phone contact I have felt welcomed. I have faith in my care manager , she has been so encouraging and I know she has my back. To say ' it's personal ' is so true. As a caregiver I feel I have time to give that care . I know my clients appreciate our help and are sincere in their thanks.When I report back I feel I am being listened to and the appropriate action will be taken if necessary. I feel valued and hope our alliance will last many years.
